We are USDA GAP certified, producing plants year-round using modern vertical farming technology that does not include traditional soil or dirt. This controlled approach allows us to keep a clean growing environment and produce reliable harvests over all four seasons.

We are also able to grow many varieties of lettuce from seed to harvest in around five weeks. This allows local customers and restaurant owners to continuously have access to fresh produce for convenient pickup or set up recurring orders as per their needs. Additionally, we can help you choose organic produce that works best for the particular meal you have in mind. For instance, arugula has a peppery bite for salads and sandwiches, while bibb lettuce has a soft feel for wraps and served foods.

We are also dedicated to building a stronger local food system and to helping more people understand where their food comes from.
