At Greenhouse Towers, we grow quality greens, including arugula, bibb lettuce, green leaf lettuce, and romaine, in our Greenhouse utilizing vertical farming technology to ensure consistent production throughout the year.
Our plants are cultivated indoors in soil-free conditions, which allows us to maintain a clean growth environment and mitigate many of the issues with traditional field farming. Additionally, we don’t use pesticides or chemicals on our plants. Instead, we work with healthy plants, careful monitoring, and efficient growing procedures that can take several varieties of lettuce from seed to harvest in roughly five weeks.
Each of our leafy greens has something different to offer. Arugula has a peppery sensation and works well in salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. Bibb lettuce has a soft texture and a moderate flavor, making it a popular choice for wraps and fresh salads. Our green leaf lettuce gives a nice crispness and looks good in a salad, while the romaine has that classic crunch and works great in salads as well as bowls and sandwiches.
